Why this is different

Small changes shouldn't cost you a week.

Most small businesses know the drill. You need a new photo, a price change or a new page. So you email someone, wait, and pay for an hour of their time. Or you learn a site builder you never wanted to learn.

I set things up so you don't have to do either.

You ask in plain words. "Add our new opening hours." "Put this project in the portfolio." The assistant prepares the change.
You see it before anyone else does. Every change waits for your OK. Nothing goes live on its own.
You can always go back. If something looks wrong after it's live, it can be undone.
I'm still here. For new features, a new page type or anything bigger, you call me. That's the only time you need to.

You get software that's low on maintenance. Not cheap software that costs you later.

Your own AI assistant (setup)

Who it's for: Owners who want to make everyday changes themselves, without learning code or a site builder. It works on a site I build for you, and often on one you already have. Starting price is for the assistant on its own.

What's included

An AI assistant set up for your business, with access to the things it needs: your website, its hosting and your admin tools
Access kept to what it needs, and nothing more
A clear process for changes: the assistant prepares them, you review them, you approve them
A way to undo any change that's already live
Written notes about your business, so the assistant knows your services, tone and rules

A free call. We talk about your business and what you need. I tell you which package fits and what it will cost. You get a fixed price in writing.

I build it. I handle the domain, the hosting, the design and the build. You see progress along the way and give feedback before launch.

I set up your assistant. It gets only the access it needs. I write down how your business works, so it gets things right. Then I show you how to use it.

You run it, I stay close. You ask for changes in plain words. When you need something new, you call me.

The guardrails come with it.

Every change is reviewed. The assistant never edits the live site directly. It prepares a proposed change, kept separate from the live site, so it can be checked first.
You approve before it goes live. You see what will change, in plain words. Nothing is published until you say yes.
There's always a way back. Every published change is recorded, so any of them can be undone.
Access is kept small. The assistant can only reach what it needs for your business. No access to your payments or billing unless you ask.
You own everything. The domain, the code and the accounts are in your name.

DConstructions — website for a construction company in Geneva

A small renovation and construction business needed a better website. I did the whole job, from buying the domain to building the site, and I still look after it. The site is in French, English and Portuguese, with a portfolio of finished work. It loads fast on a phone and has no plugins to keep patched.

Recapfy — my own AI product, live in beta

Recapfy turns YouTube videos into written recaps with key points and timestamps, in more than 95 languages. You can chat with a video and ask it questions, then follow up in the same conversation. You can also get recaps of new videos from your favourite channels by email. I designed and built all of it myself, including accounts, subscriptions and billing.

Recapfy for AI agents — MCP server with pay-per-call

AI assistants and agents can use Recapfy directly. They can fetch a video's transcript or ask questions about it, and they pay per call. There's no sign-up and no API key. It's listed in the official MCP Registry.

Notification Hub — my contact-form email service

A small service I built and host myself. It sends contact-form messages from my clients' sites, so each new site gets a working form without its own mail setup. It also sends the messages from this site's form.
